Meet Our Team Members:

Michael Regele After nearly 11 years as a board member for the Irvine Unified School District, Michael decided to focus his 17 years of experience in geo-demographic analysis in a new direction. He founded DecisionInsite to provide an integrated suite of demographic tools and services for school districts to address specific community and organizational challenges as they chart their future courses.
Dean Waldfogel, PhD Dean Waldfogel is the recently retired Superintendent of the Irvine Unified School District and has over four decades of leadership experience in public education. He assisted in the design, development and maintenance of the Irvine enrollment projection model that provides the information necessary to successfully plan for school facilities and staffing. The information-driven approach that is now reflected in The DI System is based on Dean’s experience with both growing and declining enrollment.
Together, Regele and Waldfogel brought their unique experiences to bear in the design of The DI System, including its expression as a user-friendly, web-based system ideal for non-technical professionals. Today, DecisionInsite includes a team of dedicated professionals who are experts in information-driven planning for school districts.
