Discover the residential development plans that fall within your district’s boundaries. Some districts have the internal capability of conducting residential development research and annually updating the data. But for those that don’t, DecisionInsite maintains a team that specializes in performing this task for them. Starting with what the district knows, our team contacts municipal and county planning agencies and all developers who are currently planning and developing housing or who have recorded the intent to plan and develop housing 10 years into the future. The results of this research are integrated into The DI System and used to generate projections for future students from the new developments.
Boundary Reconfiguration and Analysis
